Aramco Report

An important component of its company-wide emphasis on training is self-development,with a focus on e-Learning. At the end of 2007, Saudi Aramco‘s Corporate IntegratedLearning Services (CILS) had more than 2,750 courses offered on its site.Approximately 36,000 employees enrolled in at least one e-Learning course during2007. More than 4,000 oil and gas operators are benefiting from access to a Web-based Operator Training Simulation program
