Being a naturally divergent thinker, I have a tendancy to multitask, but just as important (and for me MORE important) is keeping your eye on the ball. In fact it would be a good idea to have a sticker on my computer screen: "Today's ball is...".
It's not just "die Forderungen des Tages", it's prioritizing tasks and prioritizing. Imagine you're the DHL manager: your most important task is "Get today's packets shipped", but then what?
